What size groups can you do for a Christmas party?

Anything from 4 to 500. Team sizes depend on your overall group size. If possible, we recommend having 2x Chickens hiding together so one doesn't get lonely.
How long does it take?

The hunt itself is usually 120 minutes, with an extra 15 minutes to get everyone signed up at the beginning and 15 minutes to announce the results at the end. If you're tight on time, you can reduce the hunt to 90 minutes or even 60 for a super speedy hunt.
What happens if it rains or it's freezing?

It's December in the UK, so we plan for it. The hunt moves between indoor venues, pubs and bars where the Chickens could be hiding. While it is an outdoor game - it always finishes indoors in a warm bar. Genuinely severe weather is the one case where we'd move the date.
Can you book the venue for us?

Yes, book a Bespoke game and we'll take this bit off your plate. We find and book the end venue (the place the Chicken is hiding), negotiate the minimum spend, and handle food pre-orders, dietaries and drinks tabs with suppliers we've used before. Restaurant, pub, or a private room with a buffet. December dates get taken early, so the sooner you tell us your headcount the better the options.
Can we start at our office and finish at a restaurant we've already booked?

That's the most common way people run it. There's no fixed venue, so we can start wherever the team already is - your office, a pub, a hotel lobby - and hide the Chicken in the restaurant you've booked. Just get in touch if you want us to advise on timings, we're experts in Chicken-related logistics.
How much does a Christmas party hunt cost?

Bespoke events start at £25 per person plus VAT and include tailored company challenges and venue finding. If you want an In-person host to run everything on the day and provide costumes, it's £300 + VAT. Food and drink at the final venue is separate and depends on the venue package you choose. Self-run games start at £15 per person plus VAT.
Do people need to be fit, or download anything?

No and no. It's a walking race - running is not allowed. Players join in a few seconds on their own phones through a browser, so there's no app download and nothing to install beforehand.
Can we do it outside London?

Yes - the game works in any walkable city centre. We've run games in London, Edinburgh, Dublin, New York and plenty more. Hosted games depend on crew availability, so give us as much notice as you can for December.
Can you build in our company's in-jokes?

That's the best bit of a Bespoke event. Send us the running jokes, the departmental rivalries and the awards nobody wants to win, and we'll write them into the challenge list.
