We sort everyone into teams at a meeting point, usually an office or hired venue

Choose Santa

Pick who's going to run off and hide, one of our hosts can step up if needed

Escape

Santa finds a place to hide, getting a 5-minute headstart

Circle

Santa is GPS-tracked via a large circle appearing around their location

Shrink

As the game progresses, the circle closes in on their hiding spot

Venues

Teams check pubs or bars of their choice to see if Santa is inside

The main aim is to find Santa first, earning a team 100 points
