What Exactly Is
Chicken Rush?
Part scavenger hunt, part hide & seek, all chaos. It's the city exploration game where you hunt chickens, sabotage your friends, and probably end up in a pub.
The Short Answer
Chicken Rush is a real-world scavenger hunt game played in cities. Think of it as hide-and-seek for adults, played across a city with live location tracking, challenges, and a competitive leaderboard.
One person (or two) runs off as the "Chicken" to hide in a nearby pub or bar.
Everyone else plays in teams using a web app on their phone. Teams track the Chickenβs location, move around the city on foot, complete challenges, and pick up in-game items while competing against other teams.
The Chicken can see all teams on a live map as they close in on the hiding spot, receives photo and video challenge submissions from players, and scores them in real time. A live leaderboard updates throughout the game, and the team with the most points at the end wins.
Games typically last 1.5β2 hours and run entirely in the browser - no app download required.
How It Works
Join the Game
No app download needed. Games run entirely in your browser. Just scan a QR code, join a team and kick things off when you're ready.
Hunt the Chicken
One team hides (The Chicken) while everyone else hunts. Track them on a live map, complete challenges for points, and sabotage rivals.
The Awards Ceremony
The game ends at the hiding spot. Time to review the best of the challenges, announce the results and crown the winner.
