Corporate Booking Terms

By booking a Chicken Rush game, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and fun experience.

1. 📅 Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your game booking.
Your booking is based on a minimum number of players. You may increase this number anytime up to the day of the game.
If more people join than originally booked, we’ll invoice you afterwards for the additional players.

2. 💸 Pricing Tiers

Casual Games (Self-Run)

£10 per person

Base game access and app support.

Chaos Mode

£15 per person

Includes weapons and power-ups.

Corporate & Bespoke Events

Standard Corporate

Base game access and app support.

£15/pp

Bespoke

Fully tailored experience including custom challenges and optional venue booking.

In-Person Host add-on

The host will:

Introduce the game and help with setup
Press "Start" when the group is ready
Play as or with the Chicken
Offer tech support and light coordination

If you do not book a host, you are responsible for running the game yourselves on the day.

Ask us about our Super Bespoke packages for larger groups or custom requirements, the options are endless.

3. ❌ Refunds & Cancellations

14+ Days Before

If we cancel for any reason within our control, you’ll get a full refund.

If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather), we’ll attempt to reschedule or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. 🏢 Venues & Pre-Booked Expenses

If we cover venue costs or make bookings on your behalf (e.g. food, drink, private rooms), those expenses are non-refundable.

You're responsible for any additional venue charges caused by late changes or group size increases.

5. ⏳ Late Payments & Fees

Any additional charges (e.g. extra players) are due within 7 days.

Late payments may incur a 5% fee per 7-day period overdue.

6. 🚦 Safety & Conduct

By booking and participating, you agree to:

Respect public laws, signage, and property boundaries
Avoid dangerous behaviour or excessive intoxication
Ensure your group behaves respectfully and safely

We reserve the right to pause or remove players who pose a risk to themselves or others.

7. 📸 Filming & Consent

By participating in Chicken Rush, players may be filmed or photographed during gameplay. These may be used in promotional materials, unless you contact us in advance to opt out ([email protected]).

8. ⚠️ Liability & Assumption of Risk

Chicken Rush is a real-world game involving physical movement and interaction with public spaces. By booking, you accept that:

The game carries some risk of slips, trips, collisions, or injury
Players participate at their own risk
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays unless caused by proven negligence

9. 📍 Third-Party Venues

We use venues such as pubs, parks or bars. We don’t control their policies.

Entry is at venue discretion, and you must follow their rules.

10. 🔐 Privacy

We collect basic data for booking and gameplay (e.g. name, email, team info). We do not store card data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. 🔐 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
