We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Understand how our website is used (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
• Improve site performance and user experience
• (Future) Run targeted ads via Meta or TikTok

5. 📸 Photos, Videos & Consent

Photos and videos submitted during games may be used for marketing and social media. We typically avoid sharing content from private corporate bookings without prior permission.

We use trusted third-party tools to run our business. This may include data storage or processing outside the UK:

• Google (Analytics)
• Stripe (Payments)

• Typeform (Form submissions)
• DigitalOcean (Server + file storage in London region)

We ensure all providers comply with data protection standards (e.g. UK GDPR).
