📆 Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your ticket and request a refund up to 7 days before the event.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- To cancel, please email bookings@chickenru.sh with your booking reference.
🕒 After the 7-Day Window
Between 7 days and 24 hours before the event:
- No refunds will be given, but you can request a free ticket transfer or full credit towards a future game.
- Credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on any event in the same city.
Less than 24 hours before the event:
- No refunds or credits available. We’ve already paid the chicken. 🐔
- If you're ill or have an emergency, please get in touch - we’ll do our best to help.
👯♀️ Transfers to Friends
Can’t make it but want someone else to enjoy the game?
- You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend at any time, for free.
- Just forward them the confirmation email and let us know their name so we can update the team sheet.
🌧️ Bad Weather, Travel Strikes, and Force Majeure
- Our games run rain or shine, so bring a brolly if needed.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule due to other events outside our control, you’ll receive full credit to rebook at your convenience.
- If public transport strikes severely disrupt your ability to attend, get in touch - we’ll do what we can.
🎟️ Tickets Bought via Third Parties
- If you purchased your ticket via Airbnb Experiences, GetYourGuide, or another platform, their cancellation policies may apply. Please check directly with them.
- In most cases, we can still offer transfers or credit - just reach out with proof of purchase.
📸 Photos, Videos & Cluckworthy Moments
By attending a Chicken Rush event, you consent to us capturing photos and video footage during the game. These may be used in our marketing materials, including social media, our website, press and promotional content.
We’re all about celebrating the fun - but if you’d prefer not to appear in any content, just let a member of our team know when you arrive, and we’ll make sure you're not featured.
📝 Why This Policy Exists
Chicken Rush events require investment in staffing, props, partners, and logistics ahead of time. We also have limited spots and often turn people away - so last-minute cancellations hurt our small team. This policy helps us run a sustainable experience for everyone.
