Introduction
Last year, we played a small game of Chicken Rush. On Day 1 of the festival, we got 25 people to hunt a Chicken across the site.
The phone reception was good enough, rain didn't ruin the fun and in the end our Chicken got a little fried in 30-degree heat.
This year we have 300 hunters across 20 teams racing to hunt the Chicken. Yikes.
This year's prizes include some duct tape, suncream and handy battery packs.
Notes: Free entry. First come, first served. This isn't an official event, Glastonbury didn't reply to our emails... Don't blame them tbh, does sound a bit mad.
How it works

The meeting point
Find your teammates at 5PM on the Wednesday. We've sent this info over email.

Get all signed up
4 team members get signed up to the location-tracking app, the deadline is 5PM on Weds.

The hunt is on
The Chicken escapes by 5.30pm, getting a 5-minute head start to hide in a nearby bar

The Circle
The Chicken will be tracked via GPS on a map, with a large circle around their location

The Shrink
As the game progresses, the circle closes in on their hiding spot
"It's like Fortnite!"

Checking Venues
Teams check bars visible on the map to see if the Chicken is inside, no peeking please!

Drinks Lottery
If a Team visits the wrong bar, they can buy a random drink. This isn't compulsory, it's only Day 1!

Finding The Chicken
The main aim is to find the Chicken first, this earns you 100 points. 2nd gets 75 points, 3rd gets 50 points.

Gain extra points by completing Glastonbury-themed tasks! Press the Trophy icon once the game's started to view all 15

The Winner
Once the game’s time limit is up, the team with the most points wins!
